Registered Maternity Shared Care Doctorwith the major hospitals.
Interest includes Antenatal care, Paediatrics,
Diabetes, Skin Checks, Mental Health and Minor Procedures.

Dr Adelfo Hipolito
has been with Gap Road Medical Centre since May 2001.
Senior General Practitioner
Fellow with the RACGP Bachelor Medicine
Registered for Closing the Gap.
Dr Hipolito has all around interest with special interest
in Dermatology, Skin checks, Minor Procedures
Diabetes and Indigenous Care. Also speaks Tagalog.

Fellow with the RACGP – joined our team in May 2004.
Her interests include Women’s Health and Asthma.
She also speaks Hindi.
Dr Adrienne Heslop
Dr Adrienne Heslop
Graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2009,
worked in a range of specialties at St Vincent’s and the
Austin hospitals for 3 years before starting GP training in 2013.
Fellow of the RACGP since July 2016.Enjoys all aspects of General Practice,
special interests include women’s and children’s health
including antenatal care, chronic disease management and mental health.

Dr Madeleine Smith
Graduated from Monash University in 2013.
She is interested in aged care and chronic disease management
however enjoys all aspects of General Practice.
I have also completed a diploma of paediatrics in 2017.
Completed my Fellowship in 2019 and very happy to stay on at
Gap Road Medical Centre.

Dr Wutt Yee Soe
Dr Wutt Yee Soe
Joined Gap Road Medical Centre in Sept 2016
works in our after hours program so is available for
evening and weekend appointments. Obtained MBBS in 2006.
Became Licenciate of Medical Council of Canada in 2012
obtained FRACGP in 2019. Previously worked in Canada and Burma.
Enjoys all aspects of General Practice has experience in dealing with patients diverse backgrounds by providing care
through comprehensive continuity and patient centred approach.

Dr Peter Bakhoum
Graduated from medical school in 2012. MBBS
He has worked in public Emergency Departments
and joined our friendly team at Gap Road Medical Centre early in 2018
He works in our after hours program so he is available for
evening & weekend appointments.
He enjoys all aspects on general practice with
particular interest Mental Health, Children’s Health
and Skin Checks. He is fluent in English & Arabic
Dr Bakhoum is now offering appointments
Circumcisions for babies up to the age of 3 months.

OUR REGISTRARS
Gap Road Medical Centre is a registered training practice with MCCC we are very happy to be involved in this program to bring new Doctors into the General Practice Workforce. So we have Registrars come and spend 6 to 12 months terms with us. We find that the registrars give our Centre a wonderful boost enthusiasm up to date technology along with a kind and friendly manner and have been a wonderful asset to the community.

Dr Matthew Poulter
Studied medicine at the University of Melbourne and graduated in 2017.
I have worked in a variety of specialties at the Northern Hospital
before beginning my GP career.
My passion is for providing holistic medical care and empowering people
to actively participate in their healthcare decisions.
Special interests of mine include mental health, aged care and chronic disease.
Outside of medicine I enjoy swimming, puzzles, board games
and looking after my very spoiled rescue greyhound called Tigger.

Dr Shannah Mousaco
Graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2018.
Worked at Echuca Regional Health
and gained a broad range of experiences in a rural hospital setting
before starting GP training with RACGP in 2021.
I have an interest in women’s health and mental health.
Currently completing a Graduate Diploma
Domestic and Family Violence Practice.
