Frequently Asked Questions

There is on-site parking, disabled parking with disabled access. The facility also has disabled toilets with hand rails.

Do you have multi-lingual doctors?

We have doctors who speak English, Arabic, Tagalog, Hindi, Sinhalese, Persian and Burmese.

Do you cover WorkCover and TAC?

We do not take old claims or transfer of claims from other clinics. We are no longer taking any new claims for WorkCover or TAC.

Do you take new patients?

We do take new patients (excluding Dr Soe, Dr Aboud, Dr Baselyous, Dr Hipolito and Dr Heslop).

What sort of payment methods do you accept?

We Bulk Bill standard consultations for regular patients who have a current Medicare Card during the week. We accept cash or card for paid consultations. Please note we do not take American Express or Amex.

What are the fees for an appointment?

We are a mixed billing clinic, so fees depend on your eligibility and appointment type.

Bulk billing is available only for eligible patients:

Children under 16
Health Care Card (HCC) holders
Pension card holders

(Monday to Friday only)

Fees apply for:

All patients on weekends and public holidays
Patients who are not eligible for bulk billing
New patients
Returning patients who have not been seen in the last 2 years or more.
