Dr Maryam Mirzazadeh graduated from medical school in 2006 and spent two years working in Gynaecology and Obstetrics before commencing her General Practice training at Gap Road Medical Centre. She achieved her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2022.
Dr Mirzazadeh enjoys the full breadth of General Practice and is dedicated to providing holistic, patient-focused care. She holds a Professional Diploma of Women’s Health and has a strong interest in all areas of women’s health, including menopause management and HRT therapy, medical abortion, IUD and Implanon insertion, and antenatal care.
Her other clinical interests include children’s health, chronic disease management, mental health, skin conditions, skin cancer checks and biopsies, and minor procedures.
Dr Mirzazadeh speaks both English and Persian (Farsi) and is committed to supporting patients from diverse backgrounds.
